I seem to be running, running away from something

The more I run, the harder it tags

Like a tethered cow, I am tied helplessly

Running in endless circles

Each revolution brings a new meaning

To the blind faith I put in the rope

No evolution in these repetitions

Familiar revolving doors for company

An eerie feeling greets me at each turn

Seemingly haunted by own shadow

Safety bubble bursting eminently

Illusion clear to see
