Falling, off a cliff edge for the sake of anger

Caged in a simmering pot of alchemy

A toxic mix of fear and confusion

Wear and tear of feeble minds

Communication in locked -in syndrome

In a down ward spiral of hopelessness

Suffocation ensues on a tattered self

Fighting for one life left to leave

Change an inevitable catalyst

For survival depends on an open heart

Severing ties that hold self back

Moving on, a necessary transition

Despondence accompanying a weary self

Heart’s guidance on a trail of action

To build bridges of hope for the weak

Across murky angry waters

Please take a look at our books here.
