Transition (Original poem)

Transition or die!

Transition is life itself!

From baby to toddler, no transition lines
Nothing to show for neither a beginning nor an end
Life continues to dance in boundless transitions
While we continue to watch time and space
If a grandmother knew the line of transition from youth
The cockerel would never crow at the crack of dawn
Sandwiched between deadlines , no chorus can be heard
Yet we continue to run this unchanging distance
Thinking that there is a distance to cover, a path to conquer
When it is all in our past memory banks and imagined futures
Never about the reality of the NOW moment
